Anita Bates – Commercial Director 

As Commercial Director, Anita’s focus is to bring the best rebates and deals to our member practices and to provide excellent in practice support through our account managers. Anita has a great understanding of the challenges of modern practice having worked in the veterinary sector all of her working life; both in practice and in industry having worked in roles promoting pet food, vaccines, pharma, wholesaler services and health plan collection services.
Through these roles and the relationships built, Anita has a key understanding of the needs of practice, how practices work and how important the client and vet relationship is.

Rachel Whittaker – Account Manager

Rachel joined MiVetClub in August 2016. She enjoys working closely with practices and building strong relationships with our customers. Rachel already has experience of the veterinary sector, previously working in pharmaceutical sales.

Heather Duffy – Senior Account Manager

Heather has over 20 years of experience working in the veterinary sector, having previously worked as a Veterinary Nurse for 17 years in all manner of practices including Small animal, mixed, emergency critical care and laterally orthopaedic referral practice.

Nikki Morgan – Territory Account Manager
Nikki has been working in the Animal Health Industry for over 10 years. She has worked for several large companies such as MSD and Hill’s Pet Nutrition. Nikki has worked in several different roles including technical product and practice support.
Prior to time in the industry, Nikki started out as a Veterinary Nurse and has worked in a variety of practices.Her extensive knowledge and experience in both practice and industry allows for a great understanding of what a buying group should offer its members and has the experience to advise practices on their best business choices.     –     07950 857 122

Ross Allen – Territory Account Manager

Ross has been with the business since 2015, following the desire to offer even further area management support for our growing members. Ross has previously worked for CVS, and joined our buying groups; working within our office to provide rebate support, client support & marketing. Andrew Colman – Buying Groups Operation Manager

Andrew is our operations manager and is responsible for overseeing the processes of the business; from data and rebate collation, financial reporting & managing relationships with key partners.

Andrew has many years of experience in data analysis having worked within the insurance sector for 25+ years and also within a corporate veterinary business.
